This is a placeholder to be reviewed and completed by the operator before commercial launch.
What we collect
Details you type into an enquiry form (service, vehicle or yacht, dates, duration, locations, guests, name, phone, optional email, budget and requests) are used to build a WhatsApp message that you send from your own device, and are recorded in our private concierge records so we can answer your request and follow up. They are not sold or shared for advertising.
Marketing attribution
If you arrive from an advertisement, campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign and similar) are kept in your browser session and appended to the enquiry message so we know which channel to credit.
Conversations take place on WhatsApp and are subject to its own privacy terms. We retain enquiry conversations only as long as needed to service and account for the booking.
