Handover is arranged at Dubai International (DXB) — Terminals 1, 2 and 3 — and at Al Maktoum International (DWC), including the private aviation terminals. Tell us the terminal and whether you are arriving on a scheduled flight or privately; the two work to different timings.
Flight timing
Give us the flight number when you book. The delivery is planned around the scheduled landing and adjusted if the flight moves, so the car is not waiting in a paid zone for two hours and you are not waiting for it. If your flight is delayed overnight, tell the concierge on WhatsApp and we re-plan the handover rather than losing the day.
What happens at the car
The rental has already been paid online, so there is nothing to settle at the terminal beyond the documented condition check and the security deposit, which is pre-authorised by card at that moment. Bring the driving licence and the card in the driver's name.
Return before departure
The car is collected from the terminal, your hotel or a residence before departure, at a time agreed in advance. Plan the collection earlier than you think for a morning flight — the airport approach roads are slow at peak.

Is airport delivery available at any hour?
Night and early-morning handovers are arranged regularly, but they depend on the terminal and the car. Send your flight details and the concierge confirms the exact meeting point and time before you book.
Is there a charge for delivering to the airport?
Any cost attached to a specific terminal or time slot is confirmed to you in your quotation before booking. Nothing is added afterwards.
What if my flight is delayed?
Message the concierge on WhatsApp. Handovers are re-planned around the new landing time whenever the fleet and the terminal allow it.
Can I return the car at a different terminal?
Usually yes, if the collection point and time are agreed in advance. Confirm it with the concierge when you book rather than on the day.
