Rates shown are a starting point for the season and the duration you ask for; the exact figure is confirmed in writing before you pay anything. If a car is not on the page, it is not ignored — it is simply not something we hold as standard, and the concierge will tell you honestly whether we can source it for your dates.
The rental itself is paid online before delivery, by card or wallet. The security deposit is entirely separate: it is pre-authorised by card at vehicle delivery in Dubai and never charged as part of your online payment. No cash is handled for the rental at any point.
Cars are delivered where you are staying — Downtown, Business Bay, DIFC, Palm Jumeirah, Jumeirah Bay, Dubai Marina — as well as to the airport terminals. The delivery window is agreed with you beforehand, and any cost attached to a specific address or time is confirmed before booking.
Every rate is held in AED and displayed in the currency you browse in, with the AED source shown discreetly underneath. Your card is charged in AED — the amount displayed and the amount charged are shown side by side at checkout.
Questions
A valid driving licence accepted for driving in the UAE, your passport or Emirates ID, and a credit card in the driver's name for the security deposit at delivery. The concierge confirms the exact documents for your nationality and your dates before you book.
No. They are indicative daily rates, shown to give you a realistic starting point. The final figure depends on the dates, the duration and the mileage you need, and is confirmed in writing before payment.
At vehicle delivery in Dubai, by card only. It is pre-authorised at handover, never charged as part of your online rental payment, and it is never counted as paid rental.
