Long-term rentals are priced on their own structure: the mileage allowance, the servicing window, the swap policy if the car needs maintenance and the deposit are all set differently from a three-day booking. Multiplying a daily rate gives you a number that is almost never the real one — which is why we quote monthly rentals individually and put the figure in writing before you pay anything.
Who it is for
Relocations before a lease is signed, extended business trips, families spending the season here, and residents between two cars. If the stay is longer than three weeks, it is almost always worth asking for the monthly structure.
What the quotation states
Every monthly quotation names the vehicle, the period, the included mileage, the deposit amount and what happens in the event of service or damage. Nothing is implied. The rental is paid online; the deposit is pre-authorised by card at delivery and stays separate from it.
Changing car mid-stay
Plans change — a two-seater becomes impractical when family arrive. Tell the concierge early and we look at what a swap would involve, including any difference in rate and deposit, before anything is agreed.

What is the minimum period for a monthly rental?
Monthly quotations are normally built from 30 days. Shorter long-stay periods, such as two or three weeks, are quoted case by case.
Is mileage limited on a monthly rental?
Yes, every long-term rental includes a defined mileage allowance. The figure and the cost of any extra kilometres are stated in your quotation before you book.
How is a monthly rental paid?
The rental is paid online through our European entity, by card or wallet. The security deposit is separate and is pre-authorised by card at vehicle delivery in Dubai. No cash is handled for the rental.
