Rental conditions vary by vehicle and supplier. Security deposits, mileage limits, insurance requirements, Salik, parking, traffic fines and additional charges may apply. Rental terms & conditions
Dubai Privé Rentals acts as a booking and brokerage intermediary and works with independent vehicle rental partners. Dubai Privé Rentals does not own or operate the vehicles offered through these partners. Vehicle availability, rental conditions, security deposits, mileage allowances, insurance coverage and applicable charges may vary by vehicle and supplier. The specific terms applicable to your selected vehicle will be confirmed before your booking is finalized.
Security Deposit
A security deposit may be required depending on the vehicle, rental period and supplier. The applicable deposit amount and payment method will be confirmed before the booking is finalized.
Salik & Parking
Salik toll charges, parking fees and other road-related charges incurred during the rental period are the renter’s responsibility unless otherwise stated in the booking confirmation.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the vehicles. Cleaning or additional charges may apply if a vehicle is returned with evidence of smoking or a persistent smoke odor.
Additional Charges
The renter may be responsible for additional charges arising from damages, traffic fines, fuel, Salik, parking, late returns or other outstanding amounts associated with the rental.
Mileage
Daily mileage allowances vary by vehicle. Additional mileage charges may apply when the agreed mileage allowance is exceeded.
Fuel
The vehicle should be returned with the same fuel level as provided at the start of the rental. Additional fuel charges may apply if the vehicle is returned with a lower fuel level.
Payment Charges
Additional payment-processing charges may apply depending on the payment method used.
Insurance & Supplier Terms
Insurance coverage and excess/liability conditions vary by vehicle and supplier. The applicable insurance terms will be provided before the booking is finalized. The vehicle supplier’s rental agreement and applicable terms will govern the confirmed rental.
