Role of the concierge
Aircraft are sourced on request through vetted operators. Vehicles and yachts shown remain subject to supplier confirmation. Availability is never guaranteed in advance.
Pricing and availability
Rates shown are indicative “from” prices. Final rate, deposit, mileage and availability are confirmed by the concierge before booking.
Bookings and deposits
A booking is confirmed only once the concierge issues a written confirmation and any required deposit is settled. Deposit amounts, mileage allowances, fuel policies and cancellation windows are stated per booking.
Driver and charter requirements
Renters must hold valid documentation accepted in the UAE and meet the supplier's age and licence conditions. Charters are subject to weather, marine authority rules and captain discretion.
