Independent charter partners
Dubai Privé Rentals acts as a booking intermediary with independent yacht operators. It does not own or operate the yachts offered through these partners. Availability and charter terms depend on the yacht and operator.
Booking, payment & deposits
An enquiry is not a confirmed booking. The yacht, date, departure time, duration, total price, payment schedule and any security deposit must be confirmed in writing before you commit. Deposit amounts, release conditions and payment charges depend on the operator.
Guests & boarding
The confirmed passenger capacity must not be exceeded. Confirm the guest count, children, identification requirements, boarding marina, arrival time and any accessibility needs in advance. Late arrival may reduce sailing time; extensions require approval and may incur charges.
Inclusions & additional services
Confirm whether crew, fuel, cruising area, marina fees, taxes, food, beverages, transfers, decorations and water activities are included. Catering, events and other extras require prior approval and may be charged separately. No inclusion is guaranteed unless stated in the confirmed quote.
Weather, itinerary & safety
Departure and itinerary are subject to weather, sea conditions, authority restrictions and the captain’s safety decisions. Follow crew instructions; children require appropriate supervision. Swimming and water activities are permitted only with crew approval and suitable safety equipment.
Cancellation, changes & no-shows
Request the operator’s cancellation, rescheduling, no-show and refund rules before payment, including arrangements for unsafe weather or an operator cancellation. Deadlines and charges vary; this page promises neither a refund nor a free change.
Onboard conduct & damage
Confirm policies for smoking, alcohol, food, pets and events before booking. Guests must comply with local law and crew instructions. Damage, excessive cleaning or unauthorised services may incur charges under the agreed charter terms.
Insurance & operator agreement
Request details of applicable insurance, exclusions and responsibilities from the operator. Review the final charter agreement and raise any questions with Dubai Privé Rentals before confirming. These general notes do not limit rights under applicable law.
